Delivery, Pickup and Shipping Information

We offer pickup from our store at 358 Charles Street, North Perth, Wednesday through to Sunday (during our opening hours). To select a particular day for Pickup, choose your items, add them to the Cart and then proceed to 'View Cart', on this page you will be able to select 'Pickup' your pickup day and time.
Local Delivery - Perth Metro Area
Our local delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
If you would like delivery for the next day, we require orders to be submitted by 1:00pm Perth time the day prior.
To select a particular day for delivery, choose your items, add them to the Cart and then proceed to 'View Cart', on this page you will be able to select 'Local Delivery' and your delivery day. If you go from adding your items to the Cart directly to Checkout you will not be able to select a delivery day. If no delivery day has been selected we will place the order on the next available delivery run.
Our delivery window is 8am to 6pm on delivery days. However, almost all of our deliveries are completed between 2pm and 6pm, however, when there is a large number of deliveries they can be outside this window and can be as late as 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at specific times. We use a third-party deliver service and in order for them to be able to deliver to the outer suburbs of Perth, at a price which is reasonable for the customer, they need to be able to order the delivery runs in the most efficient route possible.

Express Shipping - Shipping All Australia Wide and Wider WA
Processing Time:
Express shipping orders are sent with Australia Post and can therefore only be dispatched Monday to Friday. Express shipping should only be selected for WA locations when Local Delivery is not available (WA suburbs which are outside the Perth Metro Local Delivery Radius.)
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh and bake it daily to ensure quality and freshness.
We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–2 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order. Express shipping orders are sent with Australia Post and can therefore only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
We do express shipping to all locations in Australia. Estimated time to receive your order will be between 3 to 5 days.
